1. The fire drill will commence with a training session at 12:00 PM on November 5, 2025, immediately after lunch. Upon notification, all employees on each floor must promptly evacuate via the designated escape routes and exit through the safety exits. During evacuation, maintain a low crouching posture, cover your mouth and nose with a wet towel, adhere to the principles of "no pushing" and "no crowding," and proceed orderly to the assembly point at the company's main entrance.
2. (I) Evacuation Guides:
Building 1: Guided by Gui Shiqi, evacuate via the fire escape to the main entrance.
Building 2: Guided by Wang Chen, evacuate via the fire escape to the main entrance.
Building 3:
First Floor: Guided by Wan Rongbin, evacuate via the fire escape to the main entrance.
Second Floor: Guided by Plant Manager Cheng Shunshan, evacuate via the fire escape to the main entrance.
(II) Fire Extinguisher Hands-on Training:
Safety officers will provide on-site instruction on the types of fire extinguishers, their applicable scenarios, and the operational steps (Pick up, Pull the pin, Aim the nozzle, Squeeze the handle). A demonstration will follow. Subsequently, selected employee representatives will practice using fire extinguishers under the guidance of trainers to master the skill.
(III) Fire Hydrant Usage Demonstration:
Safety officers will explain the procedure for using fire hydrants:
1. Open or break the cabinet door and retrieve the fire hose. Unroll the hose fully.
2. Connect one end of the hose to the hydrant outlet.
3. Connect the other end to the fire nozzle.
4. Turn on the water valve switch of the hydrant.
5. Direct the water stream at the base of the fire source to extinguish it.
(IV) Conclusion of the Drill:
Following concluding remarks by the General Manager, the Drill Commander will officially announce the end of the exercise. Employees will then return to their workstations in an orderly manner. Support staff will be responsible for site cleanup and equipment restoration.
